Preliminary visit - New patient check

We would like to welcome you to the practice so once we have received your records from your previous practice; we will offer you an appointment with the nurse for a new patient check.  This is designed to ensure your record is correct, give you some general advice on how the surgery works and she will also take some basic measurements.  Please bring any medications you are taking to that appointment.

If you need medical attention prior to this appointment please feel free to make an appointment to see the clinicians as required but be aware they may not have your complete file available.

We run an appointment system, you may book appointments in advance, however, if you feel you need to see a doctor on the same day, please ensure you ring at 8 am as we have a few appointments that become available every day for emergencies.

As per NHS registration requirements, you will be registered with the Practice.  However, you do have a right to express a preference to see any doctor working at the practice.
